    1) Do not leave subject line blank.
    2) Indicate year, make and model of vehicle and nature of problem.
    3) Provide your name, location and phone number - not just an email address.
    4) If inquiring about a job in progress, don't email. Call the tech line at 952-881-7095. The person who handles email does will not know about your job and has been instructed not to interrupt the techs.
    5) We do not provide technical information about repairing your own instruments; please don't ask for parts or schematics.
    6) If you have a question regarding how to determine an instrument problem, see our Troubleshooting Guide or call the techs at 952-881-7095. They can provide basic info but cannot tell you how to fix your vehicle.

HOURS OF OPERATION
    Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time.
    Note that we sometimes close early on Friday afternoon to go fishing (after all, we are in Minnesota, the land of ten thousand lakes).
    We have an answering machine.
